Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Clelifove cleaner. If you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns of units that show signs of heavy use or damage.

How to return

Email contact@clelifove.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

Every Clelifove cleaner is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for a repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorized modification.
